Terms and Conditions

Deposit Requirements:

We require 10% of the expected total bill or £1500 (whichever is greater) as a non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation. There may also be certain additional elements that will need paying along with the deposit (ie. theatre tickets, domestic UK flight, trains etc) which will be advised at the time of booking and will also be non-refundable. Upon receipt of the necessary deposit our staff will commence contracting services and paying local deposits, etc.

At 3 months prior to arrival, 30% of the expected total invoice will be due (unless certain elements require earlier payment, of which you will be advised).

At 6 weeks prior to arrival, the remaining balance will be due. (unless certain elements require earlier payment, of which you will be advised).

Cancellation Conditions:

  • If you cancel your booking between time of confirmation and three months prior to arrival you will lose the initial deposits as stated above.

  • Between three months and six weeks prior to arrival means a loss of 30% of the expected total.

  • Cancellation within six weeks will result in 100% cancellation fees.
